Obituary

ALMA R. ACKERSON (nee: McLaughlin), age 89, died Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, Michigan. She was born October 14, 1915 in Highland Park, Michigan. Long time resident of Royal Oak.

Mrs. Ackerson was a (retired) Billing Clerk with the New York Central Railroad.

She loved to bake cookies and other special treats she shared with family and friends. She was affectionately known as “Grandma Ma”. Her smiles and laughter will be deeply missed by all.

Deceased Spouse: the late Karl Ackerson
Surviving Daughters: Rita Carnish, Marilynn Schlott (Edward) and Judith Brilinski.
Deceased son: the late Gerald Kamischke
Grandchildren: 16
Great-grandchildren: 35
