Loving son of Robert and the late Elaine. Beloved brother of Christopher (Elaine) and Carrie Fikany (Skip). Dear uncle of Rachel, Michelle, Michael and Adrienne.
Brian loved his golden retrievers and enjoyed attending the Breeders Cup in Santa Anita Park, California. He would board dogs and watch other people's dogs when they went on vacation.
He loved all sports, especially hockey and football. He loved a good joke and story, good food and get-togethers with family.
The family will receive friends Friday, December 6, 2013 from 3-8 p.m. at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward Ave. (Between 13 & 14 Mile), Royal Oak 248-549-0500.
The Funeral Service will be Saturday, December 7 - 10 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 37635 Dequindre, Troy, with Pastor Paul Arndt officiating. Visitation at church begins at 9 a.m.
Interment Acacia Park Cemetery.
