Ethel was born August 2, 1909 in Twining, Michigan, daughter of Frank and Anna Gallas.

Wife of the late John. Devoted mother of Linda Simonelli (Chris), Greg and Laura Clapp (Thomas).

Beloved grandmother of Anthony (Susan), David (Laurie), Michael (Tabatha) and Alan (Amy) Simonelli, Sarah Zolad (Garth Moore) and Andrew, Jonathan and Elizabeth Clapp.

Also survived by 10 great grandchildren.

Memorial service Saturday 11:00am at Church of St. Ives, 29350 Lahser Rd., Southfield.
