Obituary

On February 7, 2020, Greg Gurche of Rochester passed away at the age of 43. He was born April 25, 1976 to Al and Marcia Gurche and is survived by his older sister Allison Gurche and younger brother Robert Gurche (fiancé Emily Johnson); as well as his nieces Kyra, Payton and Brielle Albrecht, whom he adored. He is also survived by his Grandmother, Mary F. McIntyre. He also leaves behind many loving and supportive aunts, uncles and cousins and many supportive AA friends. Greg was on the Dean’s list at Grand Canyon University where he was one semester away from earning his Behavior Science Degree. He was excited about his new career pathway and looked forward to helping others.

Memorial Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at A.J. Desmond and Sons Price Chapel, 3725 Rochester Rd., Troy (between Big Beaver and Wattles). A Memorial Service will be held at 1pm on Saturday in the Funeral Home. Greg’s family would prefer that a donation be made to the Salvation Army instead of sending flowers.
