Obituary

Teresa “Chi Chi” Fons is survived by her beloved husband of 40 years, Larry. She is the loving mother of Julie Mooney (Brian), Adam Fons and Natalie Fons (Makyle Welke). Devoted grandmother of Leslie, Rylie, Lauren, Ava and Evan. Teresa is the sister of Joyce Morey, David Morey, Alice Watson, Susan Cialkowski, Laura Walter, Pat Robertson, Mark Morey, Dennis Morey, Paul Morey, Phil Morey, Shelly Morey and the late John Morey and Joan Morey.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 12 noon until 8PM with a scripture service at 7PM at A. J. Desmond & Sons, 2600 Crooks Rd., Troy (between Big Beaver & Maple Rds.).

Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, August 14, 2019 10AM at the National Shrine of the little Flower Basilica. Visitation at church begins at 9:30AM.

In the spirit of Teresa’s altruistic nature of helping others, memorials may be made to Nic Hubbard (dealing with Hodgkin's Lymphoma) at: 9113 Lindale Dr., Bethesda, MD 20817.
