She worked as a Social Worker for the Wayne Center (Wayne County, MI) for 4 years and then retired to be mother & homemaker.
She was formerly employed by The Plant Station (Birmingham, MI).
Mrs. Zucal was a devoted wife, mother and daughter. She also enjoyed gardening and photography.

Visitation: Monday, January 26, 2004, from 3-8 PM at A. J. Desmond & Sons Funeral Home, 2600 Crooks Road, Troy, MI (between Maple and Big Beaver Roads), with an evening Prayer Service - Monday, January 26, 2004 at 7 PM at the funeral home.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, January 27, 2004 at 10:00 AM – St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 4580 Adams Road, Troy, with Reverend Edward A. Belczak officiating.
Interment: Glen Eden Cemetery, Livonia, Michigan
