Obituary

Tom was an automotive computer designer working for Ford, Chrysler and Lotus.

He was extraordinarily talented as a woodworker, musician and artist. He was fun loving and enjoyed being around other people. He was very devoted to his family and friends and loved his dogs. He gave freely of his time to everyone. He loved to read, in many areas of interest and was constantly improving his skills.

His humor, generosity and laughter will be sorely missed.

Son of Morand and the late Estelle. Brother of John, Louise Treat (Richard), Fr. Eric Zimmer, S.J., and Madeleine Vaughan (Benjamin). Life partner of Herbert Dipple. Uncle of Brendan, Maura, Teagan and the late Leah.

Family will receive friends at A.J. Desmond & Sons (Vasu, Rodgers & Connell Chapel), 32515 Woodward (btwn 13-14 Mile) Sunday 2-8p.m. Prayers 5p.m.

Funeral Mass Monday 10a.m. at National Shrine of the Little Flower, (Woodward at Twelve Mile Rd.), Royal Oak. Visitation at church begins 9:30a.m.
